General terms and conditions

 

1. Scope
Tights.ch (Strumpfversand.ch Ltd) provides all services exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions (GTC). These apply for the ordering and delivery of goods via the Internet or in written form. With the submission of an order via Tights.ch, you declare your acceptance of these conditions.

2. Prices

• All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. 8% VAT.

3. Delivery conditions

• Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein: Delivery is carried out free of charge by the delivery service of the Swiss Post.

4. Payment conditions
Secure and reliable!

The SSL 128 Bit encoding of your data ensures safe payment of your purchase. The additional security standards "Mastercard/SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa" are further security features for protection from Internet fraud. We accept the following payment modes:

• Eurocard/Mastercard with the security feature "SecureCode"
• Visa with the security feature "Verified by Visa"
• American Express
• PostFinance Card
• PayPal
• Sofortbanking.de
• Advance payment
  The one who prefers an advance payment can do this by sending the amount to our postal account. The confirmation of your order including our account information appears on your screen ready to print after you submit your order. Of course you'll also find the information on our confirmation of order sent by e-mail.

5. Right to return
It is principally not possible to cancel an already delivered order. However, it is nonetheless possible to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Condition: Sealed original packaging or intact seal! - For reasons of quality assurance, no goods can be accepted when the seal (label/seam) has been broken or damaged!

6. Data protection
All data is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection laws, is used only for business processing and is not passed on or made available to third parties. We inform you regularly about innovations, special events and promotional activities. If you don't wish to receive this information you can inform us of this in writing. All data transferred via Tights.ch (except for payment processes) takes place unencoded. Tights.ch principally assumes no liability for the security of data transmitted via the Internet.

7. Changes and addenda
Tights.ch expressly reserves the right to adapt the existing general terms and conditions (GTC) to circumstances at any time and to apply these immediately.

8. Applicable law/Legal venue
All legal matters directly or indirectly related to Tights.ch are exclusively subject to Swiss law. In the event of legal disputes, you may file a suit against us at your place of residence or at the location of the head office of Strumpfversand.ch Ltd in Reigoldswil.
